I need to connect to a vendors .xml webservice. They have provided sample code and a sample .xml to make the request. They have also provided documentation for the implementation. I have direct access to the vendors technical staff to answer any questions. The drupal user name of the current user needs to be inserted into the .xml, RSA encrypted and sent. Admins typically download CSV files and then import. I'm interested in getting Importomatic to access our sites over a web service, to remove the download step.

We are looking at this software, but are looking for someone that knows about this product, and can help to automate the import.

A client wants to do a social networking site. It would be for dancers, dancers would go on the site to create profiles, dance groups can create profiles and individual dancers can create profiles. People would view these profiles and would be able to message the profile owners, and if they are available for chat, then chat online with them. They can view photos and video postings of the profile owners. There would also be taxonomies grouping profiles in nations like nigeria, brazil and in genres like hip hop or cultural dance and down like lagos, abuja (lagos and abuja are geographical states in nigeria) dancers. Just dancers sharing among themselves.

People would go on the site to discover the world of dancers. Dance events would also be posted on the site, photos and videos. There would archives of popular nigerian dance events and competitions. There would be tit bits like dancer of the week/month. Greatest dancer of all time and such activities.

I have been using Drupal for like a year now and I have done a few Drupal sites of my own, but I am not able to do this project all alone using Drupal hence I want to hire a Drupal programmer to lend a hand on the project. Please let me know your quote and execution time frame. Being that I work with Drupal too, you can just lay out the difficult stuff for me and I would then build on it.

Newly created content of the type commerce product ignores the set language, always saving the data as "English: original content" (default language) despite other languages being selected upon entity creation.

I need someone who can help me to add a mobile site to my site. I have two sites for which this needs to be done.
The idea is to use Mobile Tools.
The mobile site will be on the sub-domain m.example.com
My sites use Boost.
The issues for mobile sites around cache and duplicated content (SEO) will be solved.
One of the sites is a site that is part of a multi-site set-up (with different databases). This one is hosted on Godaddy's shared hosting.
The other site is a single site, hosted on Hostgator shared hosting.
For the mobile sites I will use the Nokia Mobile and/or Fusion Mobile theme.
I need some one who has done this type of things successfully before, who knows this topic inside-out, who can instruct me what to put in the DNS hosting settings for the mobile subdomain, who is completely updated on anything that is written on this topic on for example this site: http://cruncht.com/419/mobile-drupal-site-setup/
I can minimize the time that you need to spend on this by installing the required modules, creating the required folder structure, following your instructions to update the htaccess and robots.txt etc. I need someone who just knows exactly step by step what to do add a mobile site to my existing site that both run from the same database, present different themes, work on different URLs, avoid duplicated content issues, work with Boost and avoid that the wrong device gets the wrong cached page, etc.
